Our Pizza Cheese is 100% Burnett Dairy Mozzarella, produced from local cows right here in Burnett County and perfected by the team in Granstsburg!
Our beef is always top quality, 100% fresh, never frozen, weighed and pattied by hand in our modern kitchen!
Our chicken is whole chicken breast for sandwiches and salads, and real tenderloins for our chicken tenders. NEVER any fillers or processed chicken.
Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions, and Vine-On Tomatoes are always fresh, whole, and sliced in our kitchen. While we don't advertise it as 100%, nearly all of our sourcing of vegetables is USDA Organic certified.

Fries, Chips, Mashed, and Baked, we use 100% Idaho Certified Potatoes
Our potato chips are from thinly sliced potatoes hand fried right in our kitchen – these do NOT come from a bag!
Our fries are premium, skin-on, square cut, and fresh fried for each order. If you want them more crispy, just ask!
Our mashed potatoes are made from fresh, whole potatoes, not a box or flakes.
We bring in North Atlantic Haddock - a true cod species that is not only delicious either broiled or fried, but sustainable with a very consistent, healthy population level – every single week.
Broiled fish options have a simple seasoning and that’s all.
Our fried option is hand-dipped in our homemade batter made with tap beer.
Did you know that frying oil is absolutely NOT all the same!
We use exclusively 100% Canola frying oil sourced from Cargill - zero cholesterol, zero trans fat, heart healthy high Oleic.
While this oil is about 50% more expensive to procure than what most restaurants use, it's worth it and we never put profits ahead of quality and health of our ingredients for you.
